We're looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager- CN Unmanaged Segment, to join one of our fastest-growing teams and help in acquiring and growing the China based unmanaged merchant segment. This includes thinking bigger about the entire lifecycle of the China based merchants from acquisition to growth and retention and will be responsible for in-year unit goal from this segment of merchants. You will obsess about the unmanaged merchant needs, and be involved in cross-functional projects to drive the growth of China based unmanaged MCF merchants. This is a pivotal role in a high-growth business that offers candidates the ability to create a vision and collaborate with senior leaders across Amazon and with key external partners.

Key job responsibilities
- Partner with China based MCF team members to drive MCF inclusion in various marketing campaigns and initiatives through the sister teams like Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) and Amazon Global Sales (AGS) channels.
- Collaborate with merchant support and product team to identify the biggest pain points for China based unmanaged merchants and influence the product roadmap to prioritize initiatives to address these.
- Grow retention of MCF amongst China based unmanaged merchants by diving deep and defining different tiers of merchants with unique needs. Next, identifying and executing levers to drive merchant retention through early settlement by initiatives like negative value actions, API adoption etc.
- Build partnerships with leadership, business stakeholders and technical teams to drive consensus on priorities and deliver scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
