Title: Sr. PeopleSoft Supply Chain Software Analyst

Summary:

Seeking a Senior Software Analyst for Financials/Supply Chain to develop solutions and fixes toward support of the enterprise's financials system of record. Ideal candidate will have extensive experience with financial modules, will possess a strong functional and technical background and will have demonstrated experience leading projects with Waterfall and/or Agile/Scrum ideology.

Duties:

Analyze, design, develop, and implement sound solutions in PeopleSoft Financials Supply/Chain v8.9Provide end-user support by monitoring help ticket system and scheduled system processes, including troubleshooting, ongoing maintenance, performance tuning, and resolution of end-user issuesCreate and maintain documentation for business and technical audiencesEffectively work with business customers and project teamsMaintain development standards and proceduresDevelop and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and external systemsIdentify developmental or design risks and maintain knowledge of current technologies and practices to assist with consulting initiativesProvide routine status updates to leads and stakeholders and meet project deadlines

Basic Qualifications:

Extensive experience providing technical support for PeopleSoft Financials/Supply Chain applications, working with v8.9 and greaterBachelor's degree or higherAbility to communicate effectively both orally and written with technical and non-technical individuals at all levels of the organizationExcellent time management and organizational skillsMust have seven or more years of relevant experience with PeopleSoft Financial/Supply Chain modules, General Ledger, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounts PayableStrong proficiency with all technical tools provided by PeopleSoft: PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Application Engine, File Layouts, PS Query, nVision, CrystalAbility to work collaboratively in a project team and to multi-taskMust work on-site with dependable scheduling and ability to cover off-hours support/maintenance for regularly scheduled activities

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred experience with PeopleSoft Financial/Supply chain modules; Commitment Control, Project Costing, Asset Management, and Supplier ContractsTrack record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projectsFamiliarity with High Jump software.
