You will partner with our VP of End-to-End Planning (Demand & Supply Planning, IBP/S&OP). This role presents the opportunity to partner with a team building a critical enterprise capability across through a Planning transformation journey across People, Process, and Technology. Due to the cross-functional nature of this role, you will work with business teams and HR partners across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. **Focus areas** **:** + **Strategy** **& Workforce Planning** **:** Own theend-to-endPeople strategy forthe Planning organization, across Organization, Talent, Capability, and Culture.Conduct workforce planning,leveragingdata and analytics to proactively implement solutions that enable business strategy. + **Org & Capabilities:** Partner on organization design and implementation of peopleplans, function transformation agendas, accelerating core capability development in line withPlanning transformation journey.Accelerate the development of Planning as a key capability for the U.S. business. + **Talent:** Own the end-to-end talent agenda.Partner with leaders and the Talent Acquisitionteamto attract high-caliber talent,onboard theminto the business,andas well as build internal successionthrough development planning. + **Culture:** Partner with leaders to enable a growth culture that translates into employee engagement. + **Transformation:** ProvidePeoplesupport ontransformation initiatives, as needed, including our upcoming implementation ofo9 planning technology andSAP S4 HANA.Partner witho9change team to ensure fit-for-purpose change management plansand provide support on execution. + **Rewards** **:** Supportcompensation andrecognitiondecisionsas part ofthetalent strategy. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. In office presence is50%, averaging 3daysa week(typicallyTue-Thu). **Salary and Benefits:** The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
