Just look up. **Are you ready to go beyond?** **What You Will Do:** + Improve communication activities and alignment through the Quality Leadership Meetings (QLM), benchmarking activities and workshops with PW Partners to prevent customer issues. + Revising and coordinating the creation of quality plans with various partners such as MTU and JAEC. + Coordinate with multiple quality disciplines for technical support to address systemic challenges with the partnership. + Support customer interfacing events such as Airbus Aero Excellence assessments with Airbus at partners as well as support closure of open assessments. + Support customer discussions with Airbus during Industrial Quality Reviews (IQR) and Supply chain Quality Improvement Plan (SQIP) meetings. + Engage and lead in Partner Escape Management and closure activities. + Support day-to-day Partnership deliverables and initiatives. + Foster and maintain a cooperative relationship with all Module Center Production groups, Program and Partnership Groups. + Work with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering teams and CIPTs to improve partnership quality performance. + Lead efforts to drive collaboration of all partnerships deployment and implementation of AS9145 Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and alignment to Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL). + Drive quality improvement activities and promote a culture of continuous improvement. **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience. **Qualifi** **cations We Prefer:** + Experience working in manufacturing and quality environment. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
