Job Description

We are seeking a Partner Programs/Incentives Analyst to join our Global Partnerships and Channels (GPC) organization to support GTM strategy and strategic planning. The preferred candidate will have experience in Finance, is comfortable managing large data sets, has strong attention to detail, can synthesize results, and has strong communication skills. They will work cross-functionally across operations, sales, accounting, IT and finance, with the primary objective of enabling Partner Programs to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.  

What you get to do in this role: 

Assist in the development, defining business rules and reporting of key performance metrics related to partner programs  

Analyze large sets of data to model and estimate annual budget planning  

Drive forecasting for partner sales in partnership with partner sales operations and global business units  

Work with GPC leadership for partner program spend strategy, manage, and track ROI 

Analyze performance and productivity data and assist in preparing slides for QBR’s, or other Sales leadership presentations 

Extract data sets, perform analyses, build data models to support pipeline, coverage, renewal or other initiatives 

Gather and define requirements for Business Intelligence initiatives  

Manage GTM planning and operational process improvement projects 

Support the implementation of Sales productivity, planning and reporting tools 

Maintain databases and develop weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics reports 

Other ad hoc responsibilities in support of sales finance and operations 

Willing to work with teams in different time zones 

Qualifications

 

5+ years’ experience in Finance, Business Operations, preferably with a SaaS organization or in Strategy & Operations Consulting 

Experience launching sales commission/incentive programs is a plus. 

Excellent Analytics skills 

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written 

Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others 

Self-motivated with the ability to multitask 

Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment 

Positive “can do” attitude and highly analytical; enjoys challenges 

Detail-oriented and comfortable working with large data sets 

Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Tableau and PowerBI experience preferred. 

Bachelor's Degree preferred

 

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.

 

 

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of <<ENTER RANGE HERE>>, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
