Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, Amazon Ads Growth Marketing

The Amazon Ads Growth Marketing Team enhances partner expertise, capabilities, and visibility through bespoke marketing programs that foster growth for advertisers, partners, and Amazon Ads. We are looking for an experienced and self-starting Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner education and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for our Amazon Ads partners in Japan. In this role, you will accelerate partner-driven growth by addressing region-specific opportunities in Japan's evolving advertising landscape and drive adoption of advanced advertising solutions while respecting Japanese business culture and relationship-building practices.
Based on overall Amazon Ads vision, you will lead scaled partner education, manage community workshops, and execute partner GTM initiatives with focus on emerging advertising opportunities and increasing technology partner adoption across market segments. Your work will directly impact how partners leverage Amazon Ads to drive growth in Japan's unique market, where relationship-building and trust are paramount to business success. You will be joining an APAC team focusing on China and Japan, and exploring opportunities outside of those two countries.

Key job responsibilities
* Lead Partner Education Programs: Execute scaled education initiatives through various channels to build strong partner ecosystem and enhance partner capabilities.
* Manage Community Engagement: Drive workshop programs and networking opportunities to strengthen partner relationships and accelerate adoption of advanced solutions.
* Execute GTM Strategies: Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives for regional marketplace, ensuring successful partner readiness and implementation.
* Address Market Priorities: Develop programs addressing emerging advertising opportunities and technology innovation across various market segments.
* Plan Strategic Events: Execute key educational and networking events that align with regional business culture and relationship-building practices.
* Drive Technology Adoption: Increase partner engagement with advanced advertising capabilities across the partner ecosystem.
* Measure Program Impact: Track partner engagement and adoption metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness.
