Your Role at Delta Faucet
We are seeking a Senior OT Network Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and sustainment of secure and scalable Operational Technology (OT) networks across our manufacturing environments. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of operations and IT, where your expertise will directly enable automation, secure connectivity, and digital transformation across our production sites.
You’ll collaborate closely with Process/Automation Engineers, IT, and InfoSec teams to architect and support robust industrial networking solutions that are critical to our success in modern manufacturing. The role will require the ability to travel 10% of the time.

Bridge the gap between IT and OT with high-impact technical leadershipBuild secure, resilient industrial networks that enable Industry 4.0Shape OT standards, architecture, and cybersecure design practicesMake a tangible impact on uptime, safety, and connectivity across plantsResponsibilities
Design, configure, and deploy OT wired/wireless network infrastructure in production environmentsMaintain and optimize industrial network performance, uptime, and securityLead Tier 3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis of OT network incidentsContribute to network architecture decisions, standards, and design blueprintsPartner with engineering teams to integrate ICS, SCADA, IIoT, and smart devicesImplement and manage network segmentation/zoning aligned to the Purdue ModelAlign OT security with corporate policies and frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST)Manage and patch OT networking hardware (Cisco IE switches, firewalls, routers)Utilize tools like Cisco DNA Center, Industrial Network Director, Cyber Vision for monitoring and automationSupport network-related upgrades, migrations, and vendor coordination across plantsMaintain accurate documentation of topologies, configs, and operational proceduresEnable digital factory initiatives by securing edge device connectivity and infrastructureQualifications
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience7+ years in network engineering; 3+ years in industrial/OT environmentsProven experience delivering OT network solutions in manufacturing/plant settingsExperience working in cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, and SecurityRequired Certification: CCNP Enterprise or CCNP IndustrialPreferred Certifications: CCIE, CCNA Industrial, CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443 certificationsAdvanced knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking: VLANs, routing, ACLs, NAT, QoSHands-on with Cisco IE 2000/3000/4000, Firepower firewalls, ISE, and VPN technologiesFamiliarity with industrial protocols: Modbus, PROFINET, OPC-UA, CIP, DNP3Strong OT security experience: segmentation, firewalls, secure remote accessWireless deployment and troubleshooting in industrial environmentsExperience with CMDB, change control, and network monitoring toolsExcellent communication and documentation skills across technical and non-technical teamsWhy Join Us?
