Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare reports such as new product process flow/operation instructions/PMP/PFMEASupport for new product production line setup, system process tracking planning, and verificationTracking of new product trial production/DOE, defect analysis, root cause identification, providing improvement measures and optimizing key parametersCollect production data and improve product process yield and efficiency

Job Requirements:

Bachelor or higher degree, in electrical/mechanical engineering or related majorsPossess 5 years or more of experience in new power product introduction/manufacturing process-related workBe familiar with the IPC-610 standard, PCBA or related electronic product manufacturing standards and processesProficiency in English reading and writing, with listening and speaking skills preferred
