The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects developed by our Data Science teams are production-ready. This position requires a deep understanding of machine learning, data science, and software engineering principles. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with Data Science teams to refine and enhance machine learning models and data science projects at every stage of development. + Ensure that machine learning models and data science projects are production-ready, scalable, performant, and fault-tolerant. + Develop and enforce best practices, controls, and governance frameworks for machine learning projects. + Implement robust monitoring and maintenance strategies for deployed models to ensure continuous performance and reliability. + Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into production environments. + Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists. + Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science technologies and methodologies. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
