And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** The position is for a seasoned Quality Assurance professional who has led on-site and off-shore QA resources. The role is hands-on and requires the understanding of requirements and presentation of results to business resources. **Required Qualifications** The candidate is required to have at least ten years of testing experience with at least three years of experience managing four or more resources. The role requires an understanding of complex functionality with the ability to comprehend extensive process/data interactions. The role is hands-on and will require reviewing Technical Specifications and creating/reviewing test cases and test scenarios. **Preferred Qualifications** The preferred candidate will have at least fifteen years of testing experience with at least five years of experience managing five or more resources. The candidate should have at least eight years in a health-care environment leading the testing effort for three or more years. A working knowledge of IBM Mainframes and MongoDB is a plus. The role requires working closely with technical resources to review/understand program specifications and also working closely with business resources to review and explain test results. **Education** Bachelors degree in science, preferably in engineering. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
