Sr. Media Manager
Job Title: Sr. Media Manager

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)

Job Description

In collaboration with the Marketing & Media Team, you will work closely with external agency partners to develop and execute paid advertising campaigns. Your goal will be to drive and capture consumer demand while generating qualified leads through various channels including search, social, display, OLV, linear video, and audio.

ResponsibilitiesLead strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital and traditional programs to expand marketing reach, strengthen conversion, enhance database growth, and drive revenue, leads, and bookings.Collaborate with the Media team to develop quarterly media strategies that optimize operational and budget efficiencies.In partnership with the Media & Analytics teams and agency, establish KPIs, analyze campaign results, and present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.Manage monthly and annual budgets and forecasting for assigned media channels.Work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Ops, to develop and utilize data infrastructure through AdTech products like CDP, LiveRamp, and API integrations for media implementation.Collaborate with and manage the Paid Media Analyst to ensure timely optimizations, accurate reporting, and media investment enhancements.Negotiate ad buys and budgets with the agency team as needed.Perform other job-related functions as assigned.Essential SkillsProficiency in Google Stack, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, DU360, and GA360.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.7+ years of marketing experience in media advertising with a focus on both traditional (TV & radio) and digital (paid social, search, display) channels.Proven track record of developing and executing ROI-focused media campaigns across various channels.Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies.Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to present to senior personnel and move multiple projects forward cross-functionally.Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills.Effective multitasking and problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the travel industry, cruise line, and international marketing is preferred.Work Environment

The position requires working on-site Monday through Thursday with an 8-hour shift between 8 am-6 pm. Fridays are remote work days

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $57.69/hr.
