Summary: Seeking a Sr. Mechanical Engineer with expertise in machinery and automation design for electric motor winding processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering 10+ years of experience Strong SolidWorks skills Experience with machinery, automation, and tooling design Experience with pneumatic systems, linear actuators, and precision linear motion components Proficient with 2D CAD software

Preferred Skills:

Vault Product Data Management management experience Coordinated motion design to support programming Familiarity with CADLink ERP Link software 2 years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities:

Produce equipment designs for machines and tooling Provide engineering support throughout the build phase to improve functionality, manufacturability, and maintainability while reducing cost Facilitate communication among customers and sales team ensuring specifications, budgets, and deadlines are understood Review designs for technical accuracy, manufacturability, maintainability within project budget and timing constraints Use CAD software to create preliminary and detailed product drawings Produce specifications for products; choose raw materials and components for production Use ERP software to monitor project budget and timing goals

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
