Where is the work:

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

 

 

Develop, document, and deliver training on standard work processes for the planning team.

Pull and analyze system reports to support decision‑making and performance visibility.

Lead and support cross‑team process improvements, including optimizing direct‑ship vs. stock strategies.

Participate in or lead cross‑functional projects to improve planning, inventory, and supply chain outcomes.

Serve as backup lead for PSI activities.

Plan and manage raw material and component requirements by category and supplier, ensuring optimal inventory levels.

Execute purchase orders and monitor supplier performance to ensure fulfillment compliance.

Analyze internal and external conditions to determine when to expedite, defer, or cancel deliveries based on tradeoffs and prioritized goals.

Lead or actively participate in lean initiatives, including A3 problem solving, Kaizen events, and other continuous improvement efforts.

 

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree or Associate degree preferred; relevant years of related work experience in lieu of education will be considered

Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, logistics, and/or purchasing

Experience with major ERP platforms, Microsoft Excel skillset (pivot tables, lookups and charts required)

Ability to analyze forecasts and recommend appropriate planning actions

Demonstrated strong data analytic skills with ability to progress to advanced use of tools such as Dataiku and Tableau.

Potential to serve as a planning system superuser

Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., leading RIEs, cross‑functional initiatives, or similar events).

APICS CPIM certification or willingness to pursue certification

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of manufacturing, quality control, production planning process warehousing or inventory control.

$56,300.00 - $101,394.99
