JOB DESCRIPTION

Sr Master Scheduler Responsibilities and duties: 

The Sr Master Scheduler will Maintain ERP system for all Material Functional areas as BOM and ship to locations.Process customer releases and monitor changes to releasesCreates daily production schedules and ensures production output is recorded and posted into the ERP system.Coordinate with customer shipping and delivery schedulesWork closely with customers, team leaders, Quality Engineers, Logistics personnel to determine daily production requirements.Identifies Customer cum inaccuracies and supplier inaccuracies as needed.Communicates No Surprise Forms to customers when supply shortage occurs.Support new product/program launchesFormalizes sales and operations planning data.Parameters drive inventory levels with manufacturing unit.Lead improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Sr Master Scheduler Qualifications/Experience

Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain mgt., accounting, or engineeringBroad based supply chain management and process development knowledgeStrong interpersonal skills and leadership skillsPC software skills and QAD knowledge preferredAbility to make quick decisions in dynamic fast paced environmentAbility to prioritize competing demandsStrong time management skills and customer focusAdvanced analytical problem solving skills to determine root cause of issues.

Manufacturing Experience
10 + years in applied experience in the automotive manufacturing environment
