Able to independently lead product portfolio marketing strategy for assigned categories within FMCG 2. Define and execute product positioning and pricing to maximize consumer impact 3. Analyze consumer insights, market trends and competitive landscape and work with the internal/external insight team and data analytics tools 4. Partner with Sales and Area marketing teams to drive promotional and advertising effectiveness 5. Manage E2E product launch activities, including product development, messaging, campaign planning, and cross-functional (sales, trade, supply chain, sourcing, R&D, call center) alignment 6. Track and lead marketing/campaign KPI executions Requirements: 1. 6+ years of FMCG marketing experience 2. Bachelor's (and above) degree in the marketing field 3. Good (verbal & written) communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration with country/regional teams 4. Resilient and agile in FMCG environments 5. Familiar with SAP system (nice to have) 6.
