Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving both offline and online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing marketing campaigns, managing diverse digital channels, and overseeing traditional marketing initiatives. A blend of creativity, strong analytical skills, and excellent leadership and communication abilities will be key to success in this role.
Core Responsibilities:
Organize and execute offline events like trade shows, seminars, and workshops to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
Design marketing materials (brochures, posters, banners, other promotional assets) in line with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, social media, email, SEO/SEM) to drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance online presence.
Work with content specialist to create and implement content strategies for email campaigns, website, social media, and other channels.
Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence by interacting with followers, boosting brand visibility, and monitoring key performance indicators.
Manage website content updates to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns, product information, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of both offline and online campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing platforms and materials.
Qualifications, Skills & Competency Requirements -
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years in marketing with expertise in both offline and online channels.
Experience managing and executing marketing campaigns in lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Familiarity with marketing software and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, Marketo, Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant tools is a plus. Experience managing social media channels, including LinkedIn, is also advantageous.
Ability in analyzing campaign data to optimize performance and drive better results.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meeting deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, collaborate, and engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed for events, meetings, and other marketing activities.
