Sr. Marketing Coordinator
Job Description This person will be leading the delivery, execution, and optimization of all marketing emails associated with the Pre-Cruise Pricing & Promotions Automation program. This role will oversee the buildout of new programs, ensuring seamless orchestration of communications across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hybris (My Royal Caribbean Cruise site), and Royal Caribbean app. This coordinator will own the end-to-end program management of email campaigns triggered by our new segmentation engine—supporting retargeting, distressed inventory, cross-sell, and loyalty-driven. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that partners directly with Onboard Revenue, Digital, E-Commerce, Data Science, Engineering, and Brand Marketing teams. Additionally, this person will lead the full project lifecycle for all email workstreams within the Pre-Cruise Automation Program and execute Triggered & Personalized Communications. Skills and Requirements • 4+ years in CRM, Email Marketing, or Digital Marketing  • 2+ years project management experience in a cross-functional digital environment  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, developing customer journeys, and dynamic content is strongly preferred  • Strong familiarity with segmentation, email personalization, and behavioral triggers CMS platform experience- SFMC highly preferred
