Sr. Market Manager, Ultrasound – General Imaging & Point of Care (Nashville, Cambridge, or Bothell)

As the Sr. Market Manager, Ultrasound- General Imaging & Point of Care you will play a critical role in driving profitable growth and market share expansion for the General Imaging(GI) and Point of Care (POC) business. In this role, you will partner closely with the commercial sales teams, providing strategic guidance and sales support to win competitive deals and enhance sales effectiveness.  

Your role:

You will act as the primary point of contact for the GI and POC ultrasound sales teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools, information, and resources to succeed.You will manage the discount envelope (price realization) for assigned regions and/or products to optimize profitability.You will lead the logistics planning and execution of local, regional and national trade shows and provide both in-person and remote support.You will train sales teams on quoting new products, transition programs, and promotional offerings to drive accurate proposal creation and streamline the selling process.

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired a minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, or market management, preferably in high-tech, healthcare, or med-tech industries.  With proven experience driving deal execution and market growth. You have excellent communication and presentation skills to influence internal teams and customers with experience in trade show management, product launches, and sales enablement initiatives. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.You have a process improvement mindset, with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.  Proficiency with the following platforms MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. (Salesforce and Apttus are a plus)

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role. You have a willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in TN is $112,500 to $180,000.

The pay range for this position in WA and MA is $126,000 to $201,600

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here. 

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, Bothell, or Cambridge.
