DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Market Development Specialist III, where you'll implement strategic marketing initiatives that help make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. You will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to grow market share, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement across our innovative scientific solutions portfolio. Working in a supportive, collaborative environment, you'll partner with product management, sales teams, and other stakeholders to create compelling content, analyze market opportunities, and deliver impactful marketing programs that resonate with customers and drive business growth. This role offers excellent opportunities for professional development while contributing to meaningful scientific advancement.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree (Masters/PHD) plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in life sciences or healthcare industries
• Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
• Additional certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or related areas are valued
• Demonstrated success developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and campaigns
• Strong digital marketing expertise across multiple channels (social, email, web, paid search)
• Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
• Strong analytical capabilities to derive insights from data and optimize campaign performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems preferred
• Ability to translate complex technical information into compelling marketing messages
• Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
