**Job Description**
**Process Development & Optimization**
+ Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for HVAC components and systems.
+ Optimize production workflows, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
+ Develop and update work instructions, work sequence cards, and process documentation.
**Project Management**
+ Lead or support capital projects, equipment installation, acquisition, and production line modifications.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design Engineering, Quality, Assembly) for product launches, engineering changes to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
+ Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for projects.
+ Lead projects to improve cost, quality, delivery and safety of manufacturing processes
**Continuous Improvement**
+ Drive cost reduction, cycle time improvements, and throughput enhancements.
+ Analyze production metrics and root cause manufacturing issues to implement corrective actions.
+ Conduct time studies, line balancing, and ergonomic assessments.
+ Develop and maintain manufacturing strategies for equipment, workplace layouts, labor and material flow to meet strategic goals.
+ Develop new or improving existing manufacturing processes in areas such as: Assembly, Sheet-metal, Cooper depot, E-box.
**Quality & Compliance**
+ Ensure manufacturing processes meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
+ Partner with Quality Assurance to resolve non-conformances and implement robust control plans.
+ Support audits and compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.
**Technical Support**
+ Provide hands-on support to production teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
+ Evaluate and recommend tooling, fixtures, and equipment upgrades.
**SKILLS:**
+ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control principles.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing resource planning.
**Qualifications**
+ BS degree in an Engineering field.
+ Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a senior or leadership position.
+ Proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.
+ Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices, and standards.
