For more information, please visit www.thermofisher.com.Position Summary: This role supports all EMEA sites and reports to the Sr Director, Supply Chain LCD.How Will You Make an Impact?Lead a team of production planners and buyers.Partner with the Demand Planning team to build executable supply plans across all value streams and ensure supply meets demand requirements.Complete routine rough-cut capacity planning based on 18-24 months of demand.Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure reliable supply of Raw Materials, Packaging, and Components.Deploy new process changes, templates, and work on projects with other functions to account for organizational changes.Represent the Site Leadership staff, including performance reporting, budget management, strategy contribution, decision-making, and communications.Balance key goals and priorities of service level, inventory, and operational efficiencies within a quarterly planning horizon.Facilitate monthly supply planning meetings and resolve gaps.Recommend and support capacity expansions.Support relevant supply chain projects to improve customer experience and delivery.Participate in problem-solving activities and drive back-order reduction efforts.Lead the annual PMD and HRR processes.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience:At least 7 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain or a related field, ideally in Life Sciences manufacturing or a highly regulated field.Proficiency in an Enterprise System, such as SAP, JDE, or another major ERP system.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Deep knowledge in planning processes: supply planning, new product introduction, material planning, and SIOP processes.Ability to thrive in a matrix and cross-functional team environment.Self-starter with the ability to work independently under pressure.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Benefits:We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits!
