Manage the sales team and hire or fire the necessary people to ensure the operation. Analyze, review, and approve the company's investments in Puerto Rico. Act as the legal representative of the company in the signing of contracts and agreements. Ensure compliance with the local and federal governments. Manage office resources, a fleet of vehicles, and the environment work and health. Spanish language required. Up to 20% domestic and international travel required. **Requirements:** Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field and 10 years of experience in job offered or in a Sr Manager Puerto Rico - Site Leader-related occupation.
