Overview
The Senior Pricing Manager is responsible for developing and executing competitive, compliant, and profitable pricing strategies for Amerita’s national home infusion services. This role leverages advanced analytics to, evaluate payer reimbursement trends, recommend strategic pricing actions improve contract performance, and EBITDA across Amerita’s national home infusion platform aligned with enterprise objectives.
A critical component of this position is ensuring pricing transparency and regulatory compliance while optimizing margin performance, patient access, and payer satisfaction. The Senior Pricing Manager partners cross-functionally to optimize net revenue realization, support sustainable growth and strengthen contract negotiation positioning across all markets.

Responsibilities
+ Leads, mentors, and develops a team of pricing analysts, establishing clear goals, performance expectations, and professional development plans
+ Oversees day-to-day pricing analytics, modeling, and reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
+ Develops pricing strategies that improve net reimbursement yield by payer, therapy class, and site of care
+ Identifies margin leakage, underperforming contracts, and revenue optimization opportunities through proactive data analysis and market research
+ Evaluates reimbursement methodologies (Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers) and assess payer mix to enhance contract profitability
+ Quantifies margin erosion drivers including ASP fluctuations, WAC inflation, nursing cost variance, and denial trends
+ Ensuress compliance with federal and state price transparency regulations, maintaining accurate public-facing and payer-specific pricing files
+ Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess pricing impact on revenue, margin, and growth initiatives
+ Presents strategic recommendations, insights, and financial analyses to senior leadership to support enterprise decision-making
+ Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Managed Care, Finance, and Operations to align pricing strategies with contracting objectives and operational capabilities
+ Monitors industry trends, competitor pricing activity, and regulatory changes to maintain competitive market positioning

Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or related field required
+ MBA or advanced degree preferred
+ 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare pricing, revenue management, or financial analysis
+ Prior experience leading or managing analysts or cross-functional teams preferred
+ Direct experience within home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or hospital revenue cycle strongly preferred
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
+ Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools
+ Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies (e.g., HCPCS, ICD-10), payer contracts, and federal price transparency requirements
+ Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities
+ Ability to translate complex financial and reimbursement data into clear, actionable insights
+ Executive-level communication and presentation skills
+ Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across functions
+ Create a culture of accountability, analytical rigor, and strategic business partnership
+ Percentage of Travel: 0-25%
**To perform this role will require frequently sitting, standing, walking, and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasionally bending, reaching, and climbing (stairs/ladders). The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull 1-10lbs and lift/carry 21-30 lbs**

Salary Range
USD $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 / Year
