Leading improvements to existing business strategies /find new business strategy area to drive growth Driving the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials Based on strategic needs, lead overall Open innovation project or investment project, Work with PM team or Platform BD to find proper partner, to conduct the strategy initiative and tracking the project progress Conduct strategic and market research, find the insight of market dynamic, government policy competitor movement, etc. Implement and overseeing the progress of multiple key strategic initiatives. Managing and contributing to strategic projects utilising problem solving frameworks Work with cross-function team to implement the strategy initiative and tracking the progress. Providing active guidance to team members in the course of key strategic projects Stakeholder management: building and nurturing strong advisory relationships with key external and internal senior stakeholders including influencing executives, including global stakeholder According to government policy, give the guidance to market access, how to react to VBP, sunshine procurement. Bases on Opco requirement, work on internal initiatives, and lead the initiatives among the opco cross function, e.g Digital , & Reagent iniatives
