Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing
Job Description As Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, you will lead personalized, data-driven customer engagement across email, SMS, and owned web channels. You’ll design and optimize lifecycle journeys and conversion strategies within the loan funnel program, ensuring compliance with financial industry regulations. The role involves developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, leveraging marketing automation platforms, and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver measurable business growth. This role will be expected to be onsite in Newark DE 3x/ week. Skills and Requirements Proven experience developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies that drive growth. Strong knowledge of digital channels and best practices (SEO, SEM, email, social media, analytics). Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to make data-driven decisions. Leadership experience managing digital marketing teams and cross-functional collaboration. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5+ years in marketing automation and digital marketing, preferably in financial services. Experience with Zeta Marketing Platform (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services. Working knowledge of HTML and advanced analytics tools.
