As part of this bold vision, we’re seeking a Sr Manager, Integrated Talent Management & People Engagement, to join our People & Culture team in Taiwan, reporting to the Head of HR.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Lead the development and execution of integrated talent management strategies to support the growth of Taiwan, including Buy-Build-Borrow plans, succession acceleration, and workforce diversity. Ensure workforce capabilities through change management plans to model agility and resilience.Global Programs Deployment: Deploy global programs across Talent Management, Performance Management, and Inclusion & Diversity, ensuring an effective change management plan is in place to address employees' concerns during transitions.Organizational Transformational Initiatives & Change Management: Lead organizational transformation initiatives, aligning business strategy, organizational design, and workforce capabilities through change management to model agility and resilience.Talent Assessment: Deploy global talent assessment tools and systems; develop and implement local assessment tools as needed to support objective talent identification.Leadership & Capability Development: Deploy global and regional initiatives, and design local programs as needed to accelerate leadership and talent development for succession pipelines.Performance Management: Manage annual performance management cycles (including improvement plans), ensuring principles and guidelines are followed and merit-based outcomes are achieved.Performance Assessment: Deploy global tools and, if required, develop local tools to support objective performance assessment, especially for leadership behaviors.DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion): Define diversity focus in line with organizational needs and deploy initiatives to ensure a diverse workforce and inclusive environment.Talent Acquisition: Manage employer brand building and talent acquisition projects (including early career programs) aligned with Build, Buy, and Borrow strategy.Talent Onboarding: Establish and enhance onboarding strategy and processes for new hires, ensuring alignment with line managers and business partners.People Management Responsibility: Manage People Engagement (PE) agenda by providing guidance and coaching to PE personnel.

 

Who We’re Looking For

Proven HR leadership with at least 12–15 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Development, and/or Human Resources Management within leading multinational organizations.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, aligning cross-functional stakeholders to achieve complex business goals.Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a passion for driving organizational transformation.Skilled in change leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing decisions without direct authority.Excellent communication, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.Advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent initiatives.Fluent in English and Mandarin.
