We are looking for a Sr. Manager ITM Operations who will support and drive the execution of talent management, career development, and performance processes across the Operations function. The role contributes to global P&C initiatives through project management, operates independently with strong ownership, and influences stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management & Succession Planning
Partner with P&C Managers and business leaders to identify talent, plan development actions, and build succession pipelines for critical roles. Prepare and facilitate functional, sub-functional, and cross-functional Talent Reviews, ensuring timely execution and follow-ups. Support the design and execution of quarterly talent review cycles and succession planning activities.2. Career Development & Capability Building
Collaborate with COE and capability leads to deploy learning programs that strengthen business-critical capabilities. Support the rollout of career pathways and career management tools, ensuring visibility and accessibility across functions. Monitor effectiveness of development programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.3. Performance Enablement
Promote a performance culture by enabling managers and employees to set goals, exchange feedback, and align on career aspirations. Ensure consistent application of performance management processes and tools across the function.4. Global P&C Project Management
Lead or contribute to global P&C initiatives by managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement. Translate global strategies into functional execution plans, ensuring relevance and adoption. Provide structured feedback and insights to COEs and capability teams to improve program design and delivery.5. Independent Execution & Influence
Operate autonomously with high accountability, managing priorities and delivering results with minimal supervision. Influence cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication, data-driven insights, and strategic alignment. Build trust and credibility across teams to drive adoption of talent initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
