About The Role:In the role of Sr. Manager - HR, you will lead our HR Delivery function and collaborate closely with business operations to fully understand business needs and objectives. This position is key in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring their clear communication. Your involvement will drive a collaborative work environment that supports us in achieving our bold ambition.
Roles & Responsibilities:Work closely with management on staff relation issues, identifying problems, and using independent judgment in resolving problems by interpreting policies and weighing alternative approaches.Provide frequent, high-quality advice and counsel to business teams on HR issues. Represent corporate perspectives when collaborating with client groups. Maintain current knowledge of the individuals, functions, and environment in assigned division(s).Lead HR Delivery programs, ensuring detailed communication to client groups and employees.Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures. Provide counsel to management on policy interpretation and administration.Deliver and participate in management development training.May provide recruitment support by sourcing, interviewing, and referring people for open positions.Maintain compliance with employment laws and recordkeeping requirements.Collaborate with all HRBP teams and HR CoEs to deliver business results successfully.Qualifications:Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or comparable experience and pertinent formal academic/vocational certificationPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.3+ years of managerial responsibilityKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong consultative and leadership traitsKnowledge of employment law regulationsIn-depth understanding and knowledge of other human resources subject areas and ability to apply that knowledge to business situationsProficient in problem-solving and prioritizingStrong customer orientationAbility to drive enterprise outlook in accomplishing tasksDemonstrates strong presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal traitsAbility to multitask and handle stressGood listening, analytical, and project management skillsAny offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
