Job Description

The Sr. Manager, Training & Quality oversees Training & Quality Managers and assures that processes are consistently meeting both
external and internal client expectations. The Sr. Manager, Training & Quality is responsible for the Managers execution of established
responsibilities within the department. The Sr. Manager, Training & Quality must perform data analysis, measurement reviews, and provide
reporting and improvement recommendations for the Client, and Operations. He/She must be able to manage more than one country

Leads reporting to senior training and development management for the purpose of strategy formulation and informed decision-making

• Sets tactical and operational plans for the achievement of short to medium-term Quality Compliance goals Develops and manages processes, standards, and plans for the implementation of minimum standards and utilization of tools and methods to ensure effectiveness of existing quality processes and sustainment of quality performance improvements •

• Reviews quality data and determines if all products and processes are aligned with regulatory standards.

• Implementing the quality control and continual improvement processes to maintain training content and delivery mechanisms • Work collaboratively with business leads to ensure training programs and processes are

• aligned and relevant to critical business priorities

Requirement:

- 5 yrs+ Quality Experience (required)

- 3 yr+ Training Experience (preferred)

- 5 yrs+ Management Experience

- 5 yrs+ Call Center / Business Process Operations Experience

- Experience in Lean Six Sigma Methodologies

- Experience in CSAT related scrubbing process Skills:

- Able to create and design Quality & Training Reports from scratch

- Proven expertise in Quality Management Systems

- Solid foundation in adult education principles and knowledge of instructor‐led, self‐directed web‐based, and blended learning methodologies

- Strong interpersonal skills

‐ both internally and with vendors

- Advanced English communication skills

- Bachelors degree in a related area
