About the Role
Responsible for working with agency channel management in recruitment drives and development of agency networks岗位职责推动并跟进精英营销员培育计划,以期培育新进营销员队伍,并达成分公司年度新人的绩效和新增人力总人数目标。1、人力发展:根据公司营销员招募计划与指标,与外勤经委会对接,辅导外勤团队规划和制定增员招募计划,举办营销员面试和测评活动,组织实施增员推动活动:如寿险事业说明会、增员沙龙活动、区部或营管处增员活动支持等;2、辅导、督导与激励:定期进行营销队伍现状分析,及时追踪营销队伍人力、产能等基本情况,及时推进增员激励及竞赛相关活动,督促公司增员活动的宣导。岗位资格1、大学本科及以上学历,保险专业或市场营销专业优先;2、5年以上保险行业营销员渠道业务发展、新人衔训或组训相关经验;3、具备良好的人际沟通能力和演讲技巧,工作积极主动;4、具备良好的活动策划与组织管理能力、较强的执行力和团队合作精神。Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
