About the Role:The Senior Manager of Workforce Management is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and operational execution of workforce management processes to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient operations. This role requires a deep understanding of workforce planning, scheduling, and real-time management in a BPO setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive workforce management strategies aligned with business objectives to improve productivity and service levels.
Forecasting and Scheduling: Lead the team in forecasting demand, creating staffing plans, and scheduling resources to meet client expectations efficiently.
Performance Analysis: Analyze workforce performance metrics and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of workforce analysts and specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Oversee the workforce management budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with operations, HR, and other departments to align workforce strategies with organizational goals.
Technology Utilization: Leverage workforce management tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in workforce operations.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards in workforce practices.
