Role Summary The Sr. Manager, Talent Enablement will lead a team of recruiting operations specialists focused on building and implementing key recruiting operations initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring our recruiting processes are efficient, effective, and scalable to support our rapid growth. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent, this leader will be responsible for designing and executing a standardized recruiting and interview process, launching and maintaining an interviewer training program, building, implementing, and maintaining recruiting systems and tools, building robust reporting, data and analytics infrastructure, and leading a candidate experience and interview coordination team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful recruiting operations strategies in a fast-paced tech environment. This role is hybrid and located at our Palo Alto office. Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiting operations specialists and interview coordinators, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Recruiting Process Optimization: Define, document, and execute a standardized, scalable, and efficient end-to-end recruiting and interview process, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Interviewer Training: Design, launch, and manage an interviewer training program to equip hiring managers and interviewers with the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct effective, fair, and compliant interviews. Systems and Tools Management: Build, implement, and maintain recruiting systems and tools (e.g., ATS, CRM, scheduling software) to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure data integrity. Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain key recruiting metrics and dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the Talent Acquisition team and stakeholders. Candidate Experience: Lead the candidate experience and interview coordination team to ensure a seamless, positive, and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruiting process. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and other departments to align recruiting operations with overall business objectives and ensure effective communication and collaboration. Compliance and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruiting, and ensure compliance in all recruiting activities. Project Management: Lead and manage key recruiting operations projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruiting operations at a fast-paced tech company, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a people leadership role, with a proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams. Demonstrated experience in building efficient, effective, and scalable recruiting operations solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve processes. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Strong project management skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. A passion for innovation and a commitment to the mission of Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies. Ability to work a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. Bachelor's degree preferred. Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Palo Alto, California Based Applicants: $191,600 - $239,500 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). Full Time Employee coverage is effective on the first day of employment. Part-Time employee coverage is effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
