Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.7+ years of experience in pricing strategy, deal design, or revenue management in B2B or enterprise environments.Experience designing and maintaining go-to-market pricing playbooks and frameworks in complex or matrixed selling environments.Job Summary
Lead the Strategic Pricing and Deal Design team in driving profitable growth and customer retention through the development and execution of comprehensive pricing strategies across verticals. Partner with cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market approaches, establish strategic pricing frameworks, and ensure the effective execution of customer acquisition and retention.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Designs and implements strategic pricing frameworks by vertical and customer segment to support enterprise growth and profitability.Develops acquisition and retention pricing strategies by vertical that balance revenue, margin, and share-of-wallet objectives.Leads and guides a vertically aligned team of analysts supporting deal renewals, contract pricing, bid responses, and proactive opportunity identification.Establishes and maintains playbooks and best practices for pricing strategy by vertical, incorporating financial modeling and market intelligence.Drives tactical execution of pricing activities related to RFPs, new business acquisition, and deal governance process.Provides financial and scenario analysis to evaluate pricing tradeoffs, customer lifetime value, and deal profitability.Ensures accuracy and consistency in price execution through continuous improvements in tools, processes, and controls.Nature and Scope

May recommend/make decisions regarding new programs/initiatives that have significant impact to the business and carry consequences in unsuccessful endeavors.Manages a larger team or multiple small teams through direction of subordinate management and/or supervisory staff.Work Environment
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about. Occasionally there may be a requirement to stoop or lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Education and Experience
