What you will do

The Senior Manager, Sales Operations leads strategic initiatives to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for territory design, compensation planning, sales forecasting, and channel strategy, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration. The senior manager oversees key systems and processes related to quota credit and territory alignment, ensuring timely issue resolution and process improvement. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in sales operations, a customer-centric mindset, and a track record of driving digital transformation and strategic differentiation. This position plays a critical role in scaling growth and elevating the customer experience.

Develop and execute strategic sales operations plans to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.Oversee territory design, quota setting, forecasting, and pipeline management.Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams.Manage CRM systems and sales enablement tools to optimize team productivity and data integrity.Provide actionable insights through advanced analytics and executive-level reporting.Mentor and lead a team of analysts and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Drive process improvements and implement scalable tools to enhance operational efficiency.Ensure alignment of sales operations practices with organizational goals and compliance standards.Support sales strategy development, incentive modeling, and geographic planning.Champion change management initiatives and innovation across the sales operations function.Own key systems and processes related to quota credit and territory alignment.Lead training and communication efforts to ensure adoption of new tools and processes.Monitor performance metrics and recommend adjustments to improve sales effectiveness.Partner with internal teams to deliver scalable solutions.Manage operational budgets and contribute to financial planning and forecasting.

What you need

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline required.10+ years of professional experience.Progressive experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, or related discipline.Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and leading strategic initiatives.Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams.Deep understanding of territory design, quota setting, forecasting, and pipeline management.Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.4+ years of people management experience.

Preferred

Advanced degree (e.g., MBA).Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and analytics tools.Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools.Experience building dashboards and visual reports to support sales strategy and performance tracking.

$115,600-245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
