This role will be HYBRID in our New York, NY office.

 

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Experimentation & Analytics will lead the establishment and scaling of a company‑wide Test & Measurement Center of Excellence (COE). This role is responsible for building a disciplined, data‑driven test‑and‑learn capability that enables better decision‑making across Retail and, over time, the broader enterprise.

 

The initial focus of this role will be to own and evolve Retail Test & Measurement capabilities, with a clear mandate to expand standardized experimentation frameworks, analytics, and governance across all lines of business. The Senior Manager will serve as a strategic leader and change agent, embedding rigorous experimentation, measurement, and insight generation into how the organization operates.

Responsibilities  Establish and lead the Enterprise Test & Measurement Center of Excellence (COE), defining the vision, roadmap, operating model, and governance for experimentation across the organization.Own the end‑to‑end Retail test‑and‑learn strategy, including experimentation across stores, pricing, promotions, assortment, space, staffing, and service models.Develop and standardize experimentation frameworks, playbooks, and best practices, ensuring repeatable, high‑quality test design, execution, and measurement.Create and manage enterprise test governance, including intake, prioritization, approval, and conflict resolution across concurrent tests.Expand test & measurement capabilities beyond Retail into marketing, loyalty, digital, supply chain, and other business functions.Define consistent enterprise KPI frameworks, scorecards, and success metrics to measure impact and enable cross‑functional comparability.Partner with Analytics and Technology teams to support experiment design, data pipelines, tooling, dashboards, and insight delivery.Ensure statistical rigor, causal inference, and data integrity across all experiments and analyses.Translate complex analytical findings into clear, executive‑ready insights that inform decisions, scaling, and investment priorities.Act as a strategic leader and change agent by building and scaling teams, driving adoption of test‑and‑learn practices, and influencing senior stakeholders. Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.Minimum 10 years of experience in retail operations, analytics, experimentation, or strategy.Proven experience building or leading test‑and‑learn or analytics Centers of Excellence.Deep understanding of retail experimentation (stores, pricing, promotions, assortments).Strong foundation in experimental design, statistics, and causal analysis.Experience scaling frameworks across multiple business domains.Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Nice-to-have (not required)

Footwear, sneaker, or fashion retail experience.Omnichannel retail and enterprise-scale organizations.Experience leading transformation or change initiatives.Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools (SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI, experimentation platforms such as APT, MarketDial).

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $120000 - $150000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
