**What You’ll Be Doing**
As the Senior Manager, Application Operations for Capital Markets, you will be managing the operational support of various environments and assisting in the delivery of infrastructure and development projects for the enterprise and / or major client groups. You will be building relationships with our AD partners and collaborating using deployment tools such as Azure DevOp. The role applies professional knowledge in the management of departmental budgets, costs, staffing and managerial planning to evaluate and mitigate risks, determine the feasibility of proposed projects and manage the incident resolution process.

+ **Strategic Operational management:** Working closely with our AD partners and business partners as well as vendor partners to drive the support, implementation and continuous improvement required to be a successful
+ **Relationship Management:** Working closely with our AD partners and business partners as well as vendor partners to drive the support, implementation and improvement of Capital Markets applications.
+ **Strong Leadership:** Lead the team to build capabilities and services in a diverse, complex technical environment. Support and mentor team members through knowledge sharing, collaboration and effective problem solving.
**Who You Are**
+ **You can demonstrate knowledge and experience in** leading a technology team, executing on projects and delivering results; understanding of and following bank standards and processes, managing relationships and escalations with executives in technology and business groups, and have proven experience presenting to senior management.
+ **You have strong knowledge of** : The Service operation process (Incident, Problem, Change management); DevOps Tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Artifactory and Ansible); Infrastructure components (Network; Compute; Storage; SQL & Oracle database); Cloud Platforms (Azure; AWS; IaaS; PaaS; SaaS; Private); Development Framework; and Application platforms,
