Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, supply chain, and/or related disciplineMinimum 8 years of experience in product management, commercial strategy, or related business roles, preferably within aerospace or industrial manufacturingMinimum 2 years of leading a team with direct reportsEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Additional Requirements:
Must be able to work on site in Torrance, California and Fullerton, California. This role is Hybrid with remote work available on Tuesdays and Fridays.Must be able to travel up to 10% locally

General Summary:
Owns the strategic direction and overall business performance of assigned aerospace product lines, including market strategy, pricing, portfolio management, and profitability. Leads and develops a team of product management professionals while driving cross-functional initiatives to expand market share, increase revenue and strengthen profitability across manufacturing sites. Partners with sales, engineering, operations and supply chain leadership to align product strategy with customer demand, manufacturing capabilities and long-term business objectives across global aerospace platforms and customer programs. Provides market intelligence, competitive analysis and product roadmap leadership to support sustainable growth and strengthen the company’s competitive position within aerospace and adjacent markets.
Responsibilities:
