What will you be doing? 

Systems & Accuracy: Assure accurate creation of BOMs (Bill of Materials) and manage product lifecycle data across PLM/ERP systems including Flex and SAP. Ensure product specifications and costing are aligned with operational standards. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams including design, sourcing, and planning to meet critical milestones related to product specification, sustainability, performance, and profitability. Demonstrate Expertise: Provide technical leadership in athletic and performance footwear construction from concept through blueprint and wood mold corrections to final commercialization. Stakeholder Management: Manage key relationships across U.S. and PAA stakeholders (i.e design, planning, sourcing, etc.) to align development efforts with overall product development goals. Facilitate timely communication and execution across internal and external partners. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with PLM, design, materials, development, costing, fit, and global teams to drive alignment and execution throughout the product creation process.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

Relevant experience in bill of materials (BOM) creation, spec sheet construction, design translation, product, and material experience (leather and non-leather) with pattern engineering and project management is preferred. Strong understanding of footwear constructions, materials, and commercialization process. Experience in FlexPLM or Centric PLM and Microsoft D365 ERP or SAP ERP. Adobe Creative Suite i.e. AI, PS, etc. 3D Footwear experience – Rhinos is a plus. Bilingual in Mandarian Chinese, Vietnamese, Portuguese, etc. is a plus.
