We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead our field product team that supports associate engagement, flexible labor scheduling and manager experience. As Senior Manager, you will direct teams responsible for driving product growth and ensuring adherence to strategic initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with program managers, engineering teams, legal departments, and central science organizations to scale solutions effectively across the Amazon network.
Key job responsibilities
• Influencing partner teams and stakeholders that may have competing priorities
• Support hiring and developing a team of strong product managers that will define and execute the vision
• Interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations, and working with business, other product teams, program management, and Operations teams to solve complex business challenges
• Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making tradeoffs, and balancing business needs versus technical and/or operational constraints
• Collaborating with global stakeholders in other regions to champion a worldwide strategy that eliminates product waste

WSTM is comprised of six service verticals that enable the team to deliver on our Workforce Solutions (WS) north star of delivering efficient and transparent talent mobility and employee engagement for a global workforce. The Field-Product Manager team specializes in ensuring our roadmap aligns with the fields needs and wants, while moving toward the WS North Star. In addition, Field leaders understand the customer needs to ensure our end products are applicable and integrated into everyday operations.
