What will you do?

We are looking for a Sr. Manager, PPI Business Systems to improve and standardize processes through the implementation of lean methodologies, accurate root cause analysis, countermeasure deployment, and cost optimization. This role demands a driven and diligent individual with strong financial competence, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. The candidate should be hands-on and passionate about promoting our company's vision of the 4 I’s.

Your Role in our Mission:

As a member of the Global PPI team, you are part of One Global Team, empowered to act, make connections, and get results for our customers and their patients. The Sr. Manager, PPI Business Systems will be responsible for:

Developing and delivery of continuous improvement projects, ranging from quick wins to highly complex initiatives.Leading cross-functional initiatives and driving improvement projects to completion, while encouraging a culture of organizational success.Being responsible for continuous improvement systems, including project status management, project planning funnel maintenance, and annual savings tracking.

Responsibilities:

Implement global PPI strategy by collaborating with network-wide functional support colleagues.Lead the PPI program, getting results and influencing at all levels within the division through both program oversight and hands-on project facilitation.Partner with leadership teams across commercial, client services, planning, supply chain, and finance to establish a multi-year roadmap.Deploy tools and systems to ensure efficient project and portfolio management. Track critical metrics and implement countermeasures when PPI progress gets off track.Run and lead the PPI Steering Committee to review, prioritize, and discuss current projects, the pipeline of PPI projects, critical metrics, and changing business priorities.Drive critical thinking and continuous improvement, connecting cross-functional resources to enhance efficiency.Support functional leadership in assessing and improving PPI health.Inspire change and promote a culture of Continuous Improvement across all levels by serving as the primary PPI change agent.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Minimum of eight years in a technical role in client services/project management, quality, process improvement, finance, or engineering.Shown ability to facilitate Continuous Improvement work teams, ideally with a history of leading successful hands-on continuous improvement initiatives.Training certificates from a recognized company or academic institution, with Lean Six Sigma/PPI Lean Certification preferred.Comfortable working in ambiguity with attention to detailStrong written and oral communication skills.Ability to collaborate and work successfully across a heavily matrixed environmentAbility to read, understand, and implement SOPs and policies of a GMP environment.

Education :

BS/BA degree, preferably in a quantitative and analytic field from an accredited College or University required.
