This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in New York City. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

 

The Foot Locker marketing team is the heartbeat of Foot Locker, uniquely positioned to bring cross-functional departments together to develop and execute marketing programs. Here at Foot Locker the Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing is responsible for developing integrated marketing plans for select accounts that build brand love and drive demand for Foot Locker and its brand partners. This person will work in close collaboration with the Partner Marketing VP to develop and drive initiatives that generate customer demand and support overall objectives.

Responsibilities Build and manage partner brand relationships; be a go-to leader who can create clear and actionable solutions and drive confidenceLead the development of annual planning for select partner brands, ensuring the plan meets goals and sales targets; track and optimize the program to maximize resultsHave a strong ability to use and leverage data to develop Foot Locker insight-led ideas, collaborations, and activations to populate plans and drive demand Apply critical and strategic thinking to develop program briefs to enable cross-functional execution; develop strong Go-To-Market plans, recap all programs taking on learnings; manage programs and tasks end-to-end Fiscally manage contributions into Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker marketingFollow defined brand partner and end-to-end processesCollaborate cross-functionally and globally with Project Management, Marketing, Creative, Product and Merchant teams to develop and maximize growth opportunities with brand partnersCollaborate cross-functionally across the full Marketing suite including Creative, Product and Merchant teams to develop and maximize growth opportunities with brand partners Set campaign goals and KPIs; analyze and package program results and key takeawaysManage one direct report, manager level Support Partner Marketing function as team evolves Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fieldMinimum of 5 years marketing experience within multi-vendor retail environmentProven history of driving successful and measurable campaigns and programsConfident manager and problem-solver with ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitaskStrong communication, organization and account management skillsAbility to lead, inspire teamsMinimum of 1 year experience as a people managerExperience managing budgetsStrong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies, including digital, transitional, and emerging mediaPassionate about sneakers, sneaker culture and/or the retail industryStrong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Presentation software experience especially in PowerPoint; Keynote a plusKnowledge of AirTable, or similar management system helpfulProficient in data analysis and campaign performance tools (e.g; Google Analytics, CRM systems)

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $96000- $115000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
