Job Description

As a Sr. Manager, Market Access Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering training materials to support market access and reimbursement strategies for the Oncology Business Unit.
Responsibilities
+ Lead the planning, development, and execution of Market Access training for Oncology product launches.
+ Design and execute workshops during launch preparation and product launch meetings.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Patient Support, CL+D, Market Access, and external vendors/agencies, to ensure timely delivery of training materials.
+ Coordinate project timelines, drive stakeholder collaboration, and ensure alignment across teams.
+ Oversee vendor/agency relationships in self-study module and workshop creation.
+ Present final training materials and secure leadership alignment on curriculum.
+ Execute and support final training sessions and workshops during the launch phase.
+ Customize and adapt training curriculum for new role training phases.

+ Experienced in managing projects from initiation to delivery, both live and virtual.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree and eight years of experience or Master's Degree and six years of experience or a Ph.D.
+ Experience in training development, instructional design, and project management, preferably in market access or pharmaceutical industries.
+ Previous experience and understanding of the Oncology market, including access, reimbursement, and distribution.
+ Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and working with external vendors/agencies.
+ Experience developing training materials, including self-study modules and live workshops.
+ Comfortable with both virtual and in-person training delivery formats.
+ Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market access landscape is a plus.
+ MS degree plus six years in a related field is desirable.
+ 5+ years of commercial pharmaceutical/biotech experience and 3 years of successful field sales experience.
+ 1-2 years of prior commercial training experience, with experience in Oncology preferred.
Work Environment
This is a remote position with 25% travel required for meetings and training events. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to drive the launch of groundbreaking products. Occasional travel to Foster City, CA, may be required.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Foster City, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $83.33 - $83.33/hr.
