Based on our rapid growth, we are expanding our operations team at an exciting time in our history. The Sr. Manager, Human Resources will lead Human Resources operational support for the Archimedes enterprise.
The scope of this role includes delivery of HR services, establishment and enforcement of HR policies and processes, employee relations, and leave administration. This role also includes support to leaders throughout the organization for all HR issues, including personnel decisions, performance management coaching, organization structure, and job design. The incumbent in this role will ensure that policies and practices are in alignment with state and federal employment laws. The Sr. Manager will also lead and develop other members of the HR team.

Consult with managers around all personnel issues, including organization structure, job design, employee relations, personnel actions, and compensation decisionsProvide employee lifecycle assistance, administration, and act as SME for HR-related questions and concernsTake a lead role in leave of absence administration and ADA administration and documentationLead administration of approved disciplinary actionsLead, manage, and develop HR Associates and/or HR GeneralistsPerform or facilitate HR special projects and employee eventsEnsure secure HR employee recordkeepingAssist with preparation and maintenance of employee handbook, policies & procedures and provide support regarding HR policies and proceduresParticipate in team building activities and company sponsored eventsParticipate in process improvement activities and work in conjunction with HR team to build and enhance HR processesOther duties as assigned QualificationsWhat our team expects from you?
Bachelor’s Degree in human resource management or business-related discipline (or equivalent) experience required. SHRM-CP or PHR is preferredMinimum of five years of experience as a Human Resources professional requiredKnowledge of general human resource programs, policies, and procedures related to employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, leave administration, EEO/AAP administration, understanding of state and federal laws related to employment practice strongly desiredParticipate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employeesMust be able to work onsite at the St. Louis location. Ability to travel to Brentwood, TN about 10% of the time or lessWe are unable to offer remote work to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
