Job Description

Position Summary

Direct the Sales division for Global Services to improve revenue growth and operational efficiency across NAM, EMEA, LTM, APJ, and IND, CHN. Responsible for Global Services bookings and team management. Emphasize balanced processes and profitable growth across service lines.

Focus and Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a global organization of Services Sales Managers and Sales Representatives, fostering alignment across Product Lines, Regions, and Business Units.

Work closely with Regional Services Directors, Finance, Product Sales, Service Delivery, Customer Service, and Service Marketing to improve services growth opportunities in both aftermarket and new equipment (POS).

Drive global strategies for contract renewals, warranty-to-contract conversions, T&M-to-contract transitions, and Spares packages.

Ensure consistency in sales processes, methodologies, and tools worldwide, with a strong focus on forecast accuracy and Salesforce.com adoption.

What you will do:

Guide the Global Services Sales procedure to guarantee objectives and targets are achieved throughout all Regions.

Drive business performance through rigorous forecast, pipeline management, and disciplined execution.

Define and track worldwide benchmarks, such as growth in contract penetration, bookings pacing compared to historical data, profitability, and accuracy of forecasts.

Engage with Service Marketing and Business Units to craft competitive service offerings and digital solutions that are tailored to customer needs.

Offer valuable insights to senior management, representing Services Sales during business reviews, QBRs, and planning sessions.

Foster collaboration across functions and geographies, ensuring scalability of processes and best-practice sharing.

Responsibilities:

Improve the department by leading all aspects of Global Services Sales to achieve outstanding performance and operational rigor.

Strengthen organizational capability by providing guidance, support, and fostering the development of managers and sales professionals in diverse regions.

Ensure global alignment on sales processes, reporting, and governance.

Actively promote a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Report on relevant metrics and business performance to the executive leadership team.

Minimum requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in a commercial or technical field along with at least 5 years of hands-on sales management.

Experience

5 years of developing experience in sales leadership positions, encompassing at least 3 years in a global or multi-regional capacity.

Consistent track record in leading large, geographically dispersed teams to deliver sustained growth in service bookings.

Strong familiarity with industrial equipment and service value propositions.
