Within the Global Retail team, the Global Education Team is responsible for delivering top-tier education, training, and development programs that align with company-wide goals specifically supporting customer experience and employee experience in Benefit Boutiques and retail stores worldwide.

Senior Manager, Global Education - Product Strategy primary role is to design, implement, and track a 360 product learning strategy for retail team development, induction, and customer experience in Benefit boutiques and retail stores. This role collaborates with internal teams such as Category Strategy, Product innovation, Omnichannel Marketing, and Creative.

Success is defined by designing, implementing, and tracking an online/offline approach to new and existing product for new hire induction, and retail employees, cross-functional global & regional teams to influence retail sales results.

  

What You’ll Do: 

Ideate, develop, and execute comprehensive education content plans that encapsulate 360-degree activation strategies. This includes training materials for classroom training and online learning through eLearning modules, a comprehensive education curriculum for in-person sessions, and videos all tailored to drive both education and business needs across all Benefit boutique and retailer staff. Work cross functionally to deliver innovative learning solutions and provide a strong 360 feedback loop to Category Strategy, Innovation, and Omnichannel marketing teams to anticipate challenges, pivot with retail learnings, and share best practices from Market level. Partner with Creative department to ensure alignment on all assets needed, submit briefs for education specific needs, and follow guidelines for external vendor video production to align with Global Creative output. Manage department budget lines relevant to product education thoughtfully including allocations for program development resources as well as regional travel & expenses ensuring cost-effective spending. Regularly review the effectiveness of education programs through key metrics analysis; adjust strategies accordingly to ensure sustained impact on sales success rates alongside customer satisfaction scores. Stay abreast of industry trends including new techniques or emerging technologies within the beauty sector. Integrate cutting-edge advancements into our training programs ensuring Benefit remains a trailblazer within the cosmetic landscape.

  

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degrees or equal relevance in work experience Aesthetician license a plus 3-5 years in a role related to education, training, or employee development, preferably in the beauty industry or retail industry. 3-5 years’ experience in retail education, curriculum development, program management, and budget oversight. Background in leveraging data for decision-making and continuous improvement.

  

Schedule: 

Hybrid - requires onsite presence weekly to a Benefit Office  

  

The target salary range for this position in California is $110,000-$130,000 annually. The actual salary offered is based on market location and will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
