**The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Process, Transformation and Systems (PST) Team:**
RTX has an opening for a **Sr. Manager, ERP Business Analyst – Record to Report (R2R) Treasury (** Sr. Manager, Business Systems and Transformation) position.

The OneRTX Process & Systems transformation Program will harmonize key business processes, associated tools, metrics, and reporting across the company, enabling the migration of capabilities into standardized ERP systems. RTX has chosen SAP’s S/4HANA to enable our future ERP system and has largely concluded the strategic definition and design phase and is now entering the initial blueprinting, build and support phases.
**This position is responsible for supporting the treasury operations, including cash management and positioning, cash movement, investment operations, Treasury Risk Management, bank administration, bank accounts and services, bank connectivity, bank file testing, technical issues, bank fee analysis, bank account services, and support bank regulatory compliance.**
This role is responsible for supporting the successful delivery within each phase of the program for the Corp Enterprise S4Hana System and the ongoing support there after:
+ Build – collaborate with an integrated team of external and internal RTX team members in the configuration and development of the Corporate Enterprise Hub system capabilities.
+ Testing – support the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts supporting the Corporate processes.
+ Cutover & Hypercare – support successful migration from legacy systems to the Corp SAP environment. Support go-live and the continuation of RTX business’ financial and operational performance.
+ Ongoing Support for the Corporate S/4HANA instance.
**What You Will Do** :
+ Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leveraging S/4HANA, enhancing our workstream processes in alignment desired RTX operating model and industry best practices.
+ Support creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations.
+ Support the evaluation of options for bolt-on applications and make recommendations based on functional requirements, desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices.
+ Deliver functional specifications for any RICEFW items deemed in scope of the workstream.
+ Sustainment support – Provide end-users assistance for issues related to SAP treasury functionality, Including BAM, implementation of new bank accounts from a technical perspective, resolve bank payment file processing issues to optimize operations, support Advanced payment Management and Support in the Sunset of custom Treasury Applications
+ System monitoring – Responsible for the integrations inbound and outbound and supporting any failures that may arise.
+ Travel up to 25%
**Qualifications You Must Have** :
+ Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced Degree and 7+ years’ of related work experience.
+ Experience in finance processes including but not limited to: Finance Master Data, Allocations, FP&A, Financial Reporting, , Treasury, Intercompany, G/L, Period Close & Consolidation,
+ Experience with the S/4Hana Trading Platform Integration, and Market Rates Management functionality
+ Experience with SAP systems including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
**Qualifications We Prefer** :
+ Experience supporting SAP integrations for Treasury Operations, e.g Treasury applications including SWIFT, Finastra, FXall, CoProcess, and Reuters and other custom treasury applications.
+ Experience working on large, complex A&D enterprise projects -- or similarly regulated, large organization
+ Ability to travel up to 25%

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
