Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. **Your New Role:** As Sr. Manage r, Emerging Tech and AI Security , the ideal candidate is expected to: + Lead the strategic roadmap for AI and emerging tech security aligned with enterprise digital transformation, cloud, and AI initiatives. + Evaluate and pilot new technologies , architectures, and frameworks with a security lens (e.g., Gen AI, ML, emerging technologies, etc.) + Develop scalable patterns and guardrails for secure adoption of experimental tools, SaaS, and infrastructure. + Manage and lead technical staff in accordance with WBD’s policies and structures + Lead secure design reviews, threat modeling, and architectural assessments for new platforms and applications. + Act as a key security partner to DTC, cloud, and business innovation teams across the company. + Lead a high-performing team of security architects and engineers specializing in innovation and next-gen security domains. + Build and mentor a team of specialists focused on AI security, emerging tech assessment, and secure innovation enablement. + Execute and improve WBD’s policy exception technical review process and ensure compliance for all business initiatives. + Align emerging tech practices with privacy regulations, ethical AI principles, and regulatory expectations **Your Role Accountabilities:** Build and mentor a team of specialists focused on AI security, emerging tech assessment, and secure innovation enablement. Align emerging tech practices with AI principles, Security Best Practices, and regulatory expectations Collaborate with product, IT engineering, R&D, Network and infrastructure teams to embed security in early-stage innovation programs. Provide oversight on model deployment, inferencing risks, adversarial ML attacks, and AI/LLM output validation. Execute and improve WBD’s security policy exception and technical architecture review process **Q ualifications & Experiences:** + 10 + years in cybersecurity or technology leadership roles, with at least 3 years focused on innovation, digital transformation, or emerging technologies + 10 + years of experience in leading global security team + Strong understanding of the AI Security Threats, AI/ML lifecycle and the security risks across model training, deployment, and post-deployment . + Deep knowledge of securing cloud, AI/ML, API Security, Network and Infrastructure Security + Demonstrated leadership, executive communication, and strategic thinking capabilities. . + Ability to develop and manage an innovation security portfolio aligned with business transformation goals. + Experience leading security assessments, AI risk reviews, and technology governance initiatives. Not Required but preferred experience: + Hands-on exposure to AI platforms (e.g., SageMaker , Vertex AI, Azure ML, OpenAI, Hugging Face) and threat modeling tools + Prior involvement in security innovation labs, R&D, or incubator environments **How We Get Things Done…** This last bit is probably the most important! Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $140,070.00 - $260,130.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
