About the Role
Review or draft various contracts and instruments to ensure relevant contracts and instruments are compliance with laws, regulations and the company's internal policies, procedures and requirements.Participate in contract management & legal risk management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Review contract to ensure its compliance with PRC laws and regulations.Review contract to ensure its compliance with internal policies, procedures and requirements. Identify, assess legal risk and provide legal advice to contract related enquiries.Participate in the negotiation with relevant parties on contract provisions.Assist in the Contract dispute resolution with Vendor.Participate in contract management & legal risk management.Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder, in appropriate field (e.g. Law, Compliance, Risk Management) with over 3-5 years solid work experience in the financial industry handling internal control’s function.At least over 3+ years of contract review and negotiation experience.Certified qualification in law.Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Independent and strong self-initiative.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
