About the Role
负责AI Infra的规划设计、实施和管理Roles and Responsibilities:
AI基础服务综合管理（工作量：30%）
评估和建设AI平台服务和大模型处理AI平台服务和大模型使用中的性能问题、质量问题、功能问题等规划AI平台服务和大模型的功能演进和技术迭代AI算力池设计和构建（工作量：25% ）
构建基于主流云计算平台的AI 算力资源池，整合 SaaS 算力服务、 GPU集群设计混合算力池调度策略，实现算力资源动态分配设计弹性伸缩与成本优化方案AI网关架构设计和管理（工作量：25%）
设计企业AI网关，为内部应用调用AI算力池提供统一的调用方式和集中管理。设计企业AI网关运维体系，管理AI应用的接入和变更需求，并逐步实现自动化运维AI应用开发框架技术支持（工作量：20%）
为公司AI应用提供基于知识库、智能体、AI Spring等主流技术框架的架构设计、技术验证、开发部署等方面的支持为公司AI应用提供运行时的性能管理、容量管理、故障诊断和优化等技术支持Minimum Job Requirements:
教育背景
大学本科及以上,计算机或数学相关专业熟练的中英文听说读写能力工作经历
3 年以上云资源管理与运维经验，熟悉主流云平台（如阿里云、 AWS 、Azure 、腾讯云、华为云）。3 年以上 Python 或Java 编程语言，熟悉主流开发框架（如 Spring boot、spring ai等）。3 年以上 Linux 系统运维管理经验。具备 AI 基础设施建设相关经验优先，包括 AI 网关设计、算力池管理、性能优化等领域。具备 AI 应用实际开发经验者优先，具备客服类、智能助手类、移动APP智能搜索类项目经验者优先。技术能力
熟悉至少一个主流云平台的大部分产品，具备平台管理与运维能力。理解容器化技术（Docker 、Kubernetes），能熟练使用YAML方式部署和管理企业级应用。熟练使用 Linux 系统。熟悉大模型部署、微调、测评及优化。熟悉大模型RAG开发技术栈（Prompt 工程、 RAG 全流程、 Spring AI 框架），具备 RAG 系统开发经验。具备全栈技术经验，覆盖云计算、 AI 、操作系统管理、应用系统开发、数据库管理。跨团队协作与项目管理能力，能够推动技术方案落地。持续关注 AI 等前沿技术，有技术好奇心，学习能力强。熟悉保险业务流程和术语，能理解保险、金融等行业 AI 应用场景。Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
