What You Will Do
Lead the design and deployment of global revenue management processes, including contracts, pricing activation, incentive rebates, GPO admin fees, and chargeback managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize business processes aligned with global application roadmaps and standardized functionalityPartner with business process owners, deployment leads, and IT solution owners to ensure alignment between business requirements and system designDrive adoption of to-be processes across divisions and geographies, supporting workshops, training, testing, and change management activitiesInfluence global application selection and design by providing strategic input based on business needs and process expertiseSupport deployment readiness activities including data conversion, testing execution, and hyper-care supportFacilitate resolution of risks, issues, and decisions to maintain project momentum and alignment with program goalsEnsure timely completion of project deliverables within the revenue management process area, contributing to overall program successWhat You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalentMinimum 10 years of industry experience across geographies and process areasMinimum 3 years of experience in revenue management sub-processesExperience with Model N or similar revenue management applicationsExperience in Contract Operations, Commercial Operations, and Order to Cash processesPreferred Qualifications
Prior leadership experience at Manager level or aboveExperience with ERP or large-scale business system transformation programs, preferably SAP S4 HANAMaster’s degree in Business Administration or Finance$129,600 - $286,500 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
